Message From the Head of Department

At , Hospitality Training Department is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of culinary professionals through our comprehensive food production and culinary arts programs. We offer Level 4, 5, and 6 courses designed to equip students with the practical skills and theoretical knowledge needed to thrive in the culinary industry.

Hospitality Programmes:

  • Level 4 – Artisan Certificate in Food Production & Culinary Arts: This program introduces students to the fundamental techniques of food preparation, kitchen operations, and hygiene standards. Upon completion, graduates will be ready to enter the workforce in entry-level roles in restaurants, hotels, and catering companies.
  • Level 5 – Craft Certificate in Culinary Arts: Students at this level build on their foundational skills with advanced culinary techniques, food presentation, and basic kitchen management. This program is ideal for individuals aspiring to supervisory roles in the hospitality sector.
  • Level 6 – Diploma in Culinary Management: Our advanced diploma offers in-depth training in kitchen management, menu planning, food costing, and leadership. Graduates are equipped for senior roles such as head chefs, kitchen managers, or culinary entrepreneurs.
